Locations & Lodging
The Las Vegas ITOP course is being held at the Marriott Courtyard Convention Center. A special course hotel rate of $126 per night (before taxes) is being offered to ITOP participants. When you make your reservations, please state that you are a part of the Institute for Transit Operations Planning ITOP group staying at the Convention Center to obtain the special room rate. This room rate is on an available basis through April 12, 2025.

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your reservation up to three weeks before the beginning of your course and receive a full refund. No cancellations will be accepted within three weeks of the beginning of your course. You may transfer to a future course or send an associate.
We make every attempt to conduct courses as scheduled. In the unlikely event a course is cancelled, we do not assume liability for costs incurred aside from the registration fees.
